A legend sends signals from the hereafter. On 1st November 2008, 
exactly a year after the release of their last regular album,    
one of the most influential German goth bands bade their         
farewell with a brilliant concert. GARDEN OF DELIGHT wrote       
history and their passing has left behind a hole which will be   
hard to fill. But their fans' sorrow over the loss can now be at 
least partially alleviated as GARDEN OF DELIGHT release that     
final concert as a limited DVD/2CD edition.
Once again you can experience the legendary goth band performing 
a cross-section of their 17-year history in front of an          
enthusiastic audience. The quality of both the music and the     
sound is redoubtable; emotional and intense. So were GARDEN OF   
DELIGHT; so they are, so will they ever be! "The Last Concert"   
offers brilliant picture and sound quality, putting some other   
live productions in the shade.
The bulk of the setlist is made up of material from the last two 
epic albums, "Darkest Hour" and "Lutherion III", but naturally   
the classics such as "Astral Traveller", "High Empress",         
2Northern Skies" and "Play Dead" could not be omitted. Equally   
so the memories of the early days of GARDEN OF DELIGHT,          
resulting in the resurrection of songs such as "The Seal",       
"Shared Creation" and naturally the inspired "Necromanteion".    
Then concert ends with a brilliant rendition of "In Memoriam".   
This recording will leave no-one cold: neither those who         
experienced it at the time nor those who missed it. GARDEN OF    
DELIGHT will thus remain in our memories!

Dreamscape – это набор плагинов для 3ds max, позволяющих создавать реалистичные ландшафты, морские пейзажи, небо и облака, уличное освещение и многое другое.

Плагин AfterBurn является мощным средством для 3ds max, помогающим создавать эффекты взрыва, огня, дыма, облаков, туманностей, расплавленного металла и.т.д. Плагин можно использовать совместно с дополнениями finalRender Stage-1 и ThinkingParticles 2, а также модулем Particle Flow.

Enlight - плагин для 3ds Max, предназначенный для создания эффекта освещения. Enlight помещает виртуальные источники света на гранях полигонов каркаса, создавая иллюзию самосветимости объекта, размещение осуществляется посредством механизма UV-координат. Плагин будет весьма полезен разработчикам игр, поскольку сохраняет информацию о светимости объекта в цветовых каналах вершин полигонной модели, что позволяет легко экспортировать эту информацию непосредственно в игру. Enlight также содержит Advanced Shadowing System - систему, которая позволяет определять тени от объекта в зависимости от его пропорций, положения, вращения и вручную (произвольно), а также задавать светимость и тени на основе структуры объекта.

Такую широкую поддержку технология получила из-за того, что 3D Studio MAX не позволяет корректно смешивать атмосферные эффекты. Многие производители плагинов ранее пытались решить эту проблему сами, но только в едином стандарте была возможна совместимость разносторонних дополнений от различных разработчиков.
