One late octoberday in the late 90’s three guys started to make some hard EBM sequenced on a single Sequential Circuits Pro-One and a Roland TR-505.
Nothing was caught on tape. The band was put on ice. Many years later in the beginning of 2009 two of the guys were thinking of staring a new project. They decided to do something new and exiting.
It became a fusion of Death Metal and hardhitting Old-School EBM. The band is now more technical than before and more evil than ever.
The result i the first miniCD “premature autopsy”. All recorded and mixed six feet under.

Aimed at the heart of the dancefloor, XP8's music keeps
listeners moving through the night in timeless waves, emitting
subtle hints of the 1980s while slipping easily into the sounds
of the new millennium: glitchy patterns, sharp simulated
strings, and clear vocals travelling through bright sequences
and brooding atmospheres.
XP8 began in 2001 as a trio including previous singer Paul
Toohill. Melding an airy blend of EBM, electronica, techno and
trance, the band brought their various visions and talents to
life with synthetic vibrancy and danceable beats, while crossing
electronic genres with relative ease. Over the years that
followed, they made a name for themselves with their energetic
live performances and their much sought-after remix work.
Exactly two years after the previous album "The Art of Revenge",
"Drop the Mask" is a further evolution of the band's sound,
showing the duo of Marco Visconti and Marko Resurreccion taking
their collective music prowess to new heights. It's time to grow
real fast... it's time to drop the mask...

Blue Velvet was born in the 1999 from the meeting between Dohg
(electro voice , guitar and programming) and Andy Head( electro
guitar). The basic philosophy of those musicians was to take
inspirations from the industrial music already in commerce like
Ministry, NIN, Einsturzende Neubauten, ecc... but with new
characteristics. Lately new members took part in the band:
Malcom11 (bass and programming)and DarkendDawn (drum and
electronic drum). With this new members the Blue Velvet produced
in 2006 the definitive album "The Third", that shocked the
critics of many italian music magazines such like "Grind Zone",
"Ascension magazine". In the same time the Label
"Koldfinger" decided to take care of the band and their world
wide distribution. After a large series of concerts performed in
20 months , the band started to work to the remix of the album
"the Third", named "Rotation", that will be in shops at the end
of 2009 . Nowadays The Blue Velvet are working on their next
project with new tracks.

The creative strength of Peter Spilles is inexhaustible. With
the brilliant PROJECT PITCHFORK album "Dream, Tiresias!" still

from his unconventional side project SANTA HATES YOU.
Stomping beats, driving sequencers and apocalyptic sounds are
skilfully mixed with dark, aggressive vocals. Peter Spilles and
